This is the briefing room of the Victory, a Constellation-Class starship that was mentioned in 'Star Trek: The Next Generation'. The Victory had a long service in Starfleet, and this is how the room looked like when the ship was brand new, at the tail end of the 23rd Century.
For this room I wanted to create a 2290's version of the classic TOS briefing room, with an updated take on the iconic angular table. At the side of the room there's a series of paintings depicting the Victory ship lineage: the original HMS Victory of course; the UES Victory from Masao Okazaki's Starfleet Museum; and the USS Victory which this room belongs to. The render of the UES Victory is by Thomas Pemberton, while the one of the USS Victory is by Dave Keeshan.
The flags flanking the paintings are of the United Federation of Planets and of Starfleet Command. As there is no canon Starfleet Command logo for this time period, I created one inspired on the 24th Century version of the logo, as well as the arrowhead emblem seen in the Starfleet Headquarters pedestal in 'The Undiscovered Country'.
