Type-6 Shuttlecraft

A more compact evolution on the venerable Type-4 shuttle, the Type 6 wasn't as versatile, but its shorter length made it usable in many more starships or colonies which didn't always had large dedicated hangars, and had to use shuttlepods before. Entering service in the 2330's alongside the Ambassador-class starship, the Type 6 proved a successful design, remaining in service well into the 2370's.
