USS Ross - Deck 12: Battle Bridge

A smaller version of the main bridge, the battle bridge was a more compact and focused command center which usually saw use only in the case of the ship performing a saucer separation. In emergency situations, it could also allow for full control of the ship if the main bridge was destroyed or disabled.

The perimeter stations were, working clockwise from the viewscreen: operations, environment, master systems display, engineering, and mission ops. At the center of the bridge, on a lower level accessible via two side ramps, were consoles for the flight control and science stations. Behind them, still on the lower level, was the Captain’s chair, overlooked by two tactical consoles on the upper level.
