USS Emmett Till - Deck 13: Battle Bridge

A smaller version of the main bridge, the battle bridge was a more compact and focused command center which usually saw use only in the case of the ship performing a saucer separation. In emergency situations, it could also allow for full control of the ship if the main bridge was destroyed or disabled.

The front area of the battle bridge featured a United Federation of Planets logo on the floor, which functioned as a holo-communicator. Directly behind this was the combined console for the flight controller and operations stations. The perimeter stations were, working clockwise from the viewscreen: science, environment, engineering, and mission ops. A large isolinear access and damage control station was located at the very back of the bridge behind the Captain’s chair, which was flanked by two standing tactical stations.
